Shipping policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1 - 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays unless previously arranged for custom orders) for your order to be processed for shipping. Please note that the majority of our products are handmade/designed, and made as orders are received. We make every effort to create/design and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

Shipping times depend on your location. USPS provides quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

Personalized (custom) orders depend on order size and customization required. Please contact us for creation and delivery estimates.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within 20 miles of 34601. For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 10am - 6pm on Tuesday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to coorddinate with you on the day of our arrival or for availability.

 

Order Processing

  • We ship from Florida.
  • Succesfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at contact@createinit.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct mailing address for your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee associated with the delivery attempt) and ask that you re-submit your order.
